For the office or at home...
- It's easiest to buckle the 2 side straps first.
- Slide Baxby over the backrest of the chair. Just get it on there to start...it doesn't have to be perfectly placed.
- Take a seat and find out where Baxby meets your body. Start adjusting the position and the straps so that Baxby comes into contact with your spine right between your shoulders.
- You can make micro-adjustments with the removable pad to dial in a perfect fit for your body. Remember, the goal is to get your shoulders and head back to a centered position with your body.
