For the office or at home...

  1. It's easiest to buckle the 2 side straps first.
  2. Slide Baxby over the backrest of the chair. Just get it on there to start...it doesn't have to be perfectly placed.
  3. Take a seat and find out where Baxby meets your body. Start adjusting the position and the straps so that Baxby comes into contact with your spine right between your shoulders.
  4. You can make micro-adjustments with the removable pad to dial in a perfect fit for your body. Remember, the goal is to get your shoulders and head back to a centered position with your body.

For vehicles...

  1. If possible, start by placing the vertical strap in between the seatback and the headrest...that little space that's created when the headrest is raised up.
  2. Buckle the side straps. You may need to do this from the back side of the chair.
  3. Take a seat and find out where Baxby meets your body. Start adjusting the position and the straps so that Baxby comes into contact with your spine right between your shoulders.
